Common use of The Adviser Clause in Contracts

The Adviser. Except as may otherwise be provided in Section 7(b) hereof, the Adviser shall (i) provide the staff and personnel necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement, assume and pay or cause to be paid all expenses incurred in connection with the maintenance of such staff and personnel, and, at its own expense, provide the office space, facilities, equipment and necessary personnel which it is obligated to provide hereunder; and (ii) pay, or cause its affiliates to pay, compensation of all officers and directors of the Fund who are affiliated persons of the Adviser.

The Adviser. Except as may otherwise be provided in Section 7(b) hereof, the The Adviser assumes and shall (i) provide pay for maintaining the staff and personnel necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement, assume and pay or cause to be paid all expenses incurred in connection with the maintenance of such staff and personnel, and, shall at its own expense, provide the office space, facilities, equipment and necessary personnel which facilities that it is obligated to provide hereunder; and (ii) under Article I hereof. The Adviser shall pay, or cause its affiliates to pay, all compensation of all officers and directors of the Fund Trust and all Trustees who are affiliated persons of the AdviserAdviser or any sub-adviser, or an affiliate of the Adviser or any sub-adviser.

The Adviser.
