Common use of The Affected Party shall Clause in Contracts

The Affected Party shall. a) as soon as reasonably practicable after the start of the Force Majeure Event but no later than [five] days from its start, notify the other party in writing of the Force Majeure Event, the date on which it started, its likely or potential duration, and the effect of the Force Majeure Event on its ability to perform any of its obligations under the agreement; and

The Affected Party shall. (a) as soon as reasonably practicable after the start of the Force Majeure Event but no not later than [five] days three (3) Business Days from its start, notify the other party Party in writing of the Force Majeure Event, the date on which it started, its likely or potential duration, and the effect of the Force Majeure Event on its ability to perform any of its obligations under the agreementSupply Agreement; and

The Affected Party shall. (a) as soon as reasonably practicable after the start of the Force Majeure Event but no later than [five] seven days from its start, notify the other party in writing of the Force Majeure Event, the date on which it started, its likely or potential duration, and the effect of the Force Majeure Event on its ability to perform any of its obligations under the agreement; and

The Affected Party shall. (a) as soon as reasonably practicable after the start of the Force Majeure Event but no later than [five] days from its startEvent, notify the other party in writing of the Force Majeure Event, the date on which it started, its likely or potential duration, and the effect of the Force Majeure Event on its ability to perform any of its obligations under the agreementthis Contract; and

(a) as soon as reasonably practicable reasonablypracticable after the start of the Force Majeure Event but no later than [five] days from its startEvent, notify the other party in writing of the Force Majeure Event, the date on which it started, its likely or potential duration, and the effect of the Force Majeure Event on its ability to perform any of its obligations under the agreementthis Contract; and

The Affected Party shall. a) 18.4.1 as soon as reasonably practicable after the start of the Force Majeure Event but no later than [five] days from its startEvent, notify the other party in writing of the Force Majeure Event, the date on which it started, its likely or potential duration, and the effect of the Force Majeure Event on its ability to perform any of its obligations under the agreementConditions; and

The Affected Party shall. (a) as soon as reasonably practicable after the start of the Force Majeure Event but no later than [five] days from its startEvent, notify the other party in writing of the Force Majeure Event, the date on which it started, its likely or potential duration, and the effect of the Force Majeure Event on its ability to perform any of its obligations under the agreementdeed; andand (b) use all reasonable endeavours to mitigate the effect of the Force Majeure Event on the performance of its obligations

(a) as soon as reasonably practicable after the start of the Force Majeure Event but no later than [five] 7 days from its start, notify the other party in writing of the Force Majeure Event, the date on which it started, its likely or potential duration, and the effect of the Force Majeure Event on its ability to perform any of its obligations under the agreement; and
