The Agent has no liability. a) for any loss arising from any inherent disrepair, defect or danger (hidden or otherwise) in the property; or b) for any disrepair, defect or danger (hidden or otherwise) in the property, and accordingly the Client indemnifies the Agent against all claims, demands, losses or proceedings relating to or arising from any such inherent disrepair, defect or danger (hidden or otherwise).
