THE AGENT’S AND THE FUNDS’ KNOWLEDGE OF THE INVESTMENT COMPANY INDUSTRY. The Agent and the Funds shall use their reasonable efforts to remain current on the trends, needs and legal and business requirements of the investment company industry relating to shareholder and Transfer Agent services and to advise each other as to material changes in any of the foregoing.
