THE AGGREGATE LIMIT TEST. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Plan, the sum of the actual deferral percentage and the actual contribution percentage determined in accordance with the procedures described above of those Employees who are Highly Compensated Employees may not exceed the aggregate limit as determined below.
