The allocation of income. Any amounts collected from the Pledgor by the Beneficiary under this Agreement are allocated by the Beneficiary to the payment of the Secured Obligations, in accordance with the terms of the Issue Agreement. Any amount which may be received from the Beneficiary under the terms of this Agreement, beyond the Secured Obligations, shall be reimbursed without delay by the Beneficiary to the Pledgor, subject to any contrary provisions set out in this Agreement.

The allocation of income. Any amounts collected from the Pledgor by the Beneficiary under this Agreement are allocated by the Beneficiary to the payment of the Secured Obligations, in accordance with the terms of the Issue Agreement, pari passu with the payment of the secured obligations under the 2018 Goodwill Pledge Agreement. Any amount which may be received from the Beneficiary under the terms of this Agreement, beyond the Secured Obligations, shall be reimbursed without delay by the Beneficiary to the Pledgor, subject to any contrary provisions set out in this Agreement.
