The Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in New York City under the National Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes of the American Arbitration Association before an experienced employment arbitrator licensed to practice law in New York who has been selected in accordance with such rules. The arbitrator may not modify or change this Agreement in any way except as expressly set forth herein. The arbitration shall be governed by the substantive law of New York without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
The Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place before the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Employment Dispute Resolution Rules or any superceding rules except as otherwise set forth below. The arbitration shall be held in Suffolk County, New York before an experienced employment arbitrator licensed to practice law in New York who has been selected in accordance with the applicable Rules. Such arbitration shall be mandatory and binding on both Parties. The arbitrator may not modify or change this Agreement in any way, or make an award or impose a remedy that is not available to a court of general jurisdiction sitting in New York, and the jurisdiction of the arbitrator is limited accordingly. The arbitrator shall not be authorized to grant punitive damages, except where punitive damages are expressly allowed by statute. The arbitrator shall apply New York substantive law, including any applicable statutes of limitation. Adequate discovery shall be permitted by the arbitrator consistent with applicable law and the objectives of arbitration. The award of the arbitrator, which shall be in writing and summarize the basis for the decision, shall be final and binding upon the Parties (subject only to limited review as required by law) and may be entered as a judgment in any New York court of competent jurisdiction, and the Parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York.

Any arbitration pursuant to this Section 7(i) will take place in Naples, Florida, under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association, in accordance with the National Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, and before a panel of three arbitrators selected in accordance with such rules. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any state or federal court sitting in the County of Xxxxxxx, State of Florida.

Any arbitration pursuant to this Section 7(i) will take place in New York, New York, under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association, in accordance with the National Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, and before a panel of three arbitrators selected in accordance with such rules. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any state or federal court sitting in the County of Fairfield, State of Connecticut or in the City, County, and State of New York.
The Arbitration. Arbitration will take place in Orlando, Florida before a single experienced employment arbitrator licensed to practice law in Florida and selected in accordance with the Employment Dispute Resolution Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator may not modify or change this Agreement in any way. At the conclusion of the arbitration, the arbitrator shall issue a written ruling setting forth the essential findings of fact and conclusions of law on which the arbitration award is based.
The Arbitration. Arbitration will take place in Orlando, Florida before a single experienced employment arbitrator licensed to practice law in Florida and selected in accordance with the National Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes of the American Arbitration Association. The provisions of Section 1283.05 of the California Code of Civil Procedure regarding the taking of discovery in arbitration proceedings will apply to any such arbitration. In any such arbitration proceeding, any hearing must be transcribed by a certified court reporter. The arbitrator may not modify, change or disregard any lawful terms of this Agreement in any way or issue an award that is contrary to the law of Florida. At the conclusion of the arbitration, the arbitrator shall issue a written ruling consistent with Florida law setting forth the essential findings of fact and conclusions of law on which the arbitration award is based. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
The Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place under the auspices of JAMS in the metropolitan area in which I am then (or was last) employed and conducted in accordance with the JAMS Employment Arbitration Rules and Procedures then in effect before an experienced employment law arbitrator licensed to practice law in that jurisdiction who has been selected in accordance with such rules. The arbitrator may not modify or change this Agreement in any way except as expressly set forth herein.
The Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in its office nearest to the location where Executive last worked for the Company and conducted in accordance with the AAA’s National Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes then in effect before an experienced employment law arbitrator licensed to practice law in that jurisdiction who has been selected in accordance with such rules. The arbitrator may not modify or change this Agreement in any way except as expressly set forth herein. The arbitration shall be governed by the substantive law of Colorado (excluding where it mandates the use of another jurisdiction’s laws).
The Arbitration. Except as otherwise provided in any other enforceable arbitration agreement between Employee and the Company (Another Arbitration Agreement), which the Company and Employee hereby reaffirm if one exists, the arbitration shall be in accordance with the then-current arbitration rules and procedures for employment disputes governing arbitrations administered by the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service (JAMS), except as provided in this section. Arbitration shall take place before a panel of three arbitrators experienced in employment law licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas selected in accordance with subsection (c). The arbitrators may not modify or change this Release in any way. Employee, the Company, and any Released Party who agrees to arbitrate an Arbitrable Dispute under this section agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in the state listed in the first Section of this Release for such arbitration and in any jurisdiction necessary for the enforcement of any arbitration award.
The Arbitration. Except as otherwise provided in any other enforceable arbitration agreement between me and the Company, the arbitration shall be in accordance with the then-current arbitration rules and procedures for employment disputes governing arbitrations administered by the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service (JAMS), except as provided in this section. Arbitration shall take place in Colorado (or the state in which I was last employed by the Company) before an experienced employment arbitrator licensed to practice law in that state who has been selected in accordance with subsection (c). The arbitrator may not modify or change this Agreement in any way. I and the Company agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in the relevant state described above for such arbitration and in any jurisdiction necessary for the enforcement of any arbitration award. I represent that that state is a convenient dispute resolution location for me.
