The Architect. 1. The Architect for the project is the one whose name appears on the Drawings in the Contract Documents. The Design- Builder will have no direct contact with the Architect except as authorized by the Commission Representative. 2. The Architect will not be responsible for acts or omissions of the Design-Builder or any Subcontractor.
