Common use of The Arranger and Agents Clause in Contracts

The Arranger and Agents. Neither the Arranger, the Syndication Agent, nor any Documentation Agent shall have any duties, responsibilities or liabilities under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents other than their duties, responsibilities and liabilities in their capacity as Lenders hereunder.
