The Assignment and Pledge of Revenues and Funds. The Authority assigns and pledges to the Trustee in trust upon the terms hereof (a) all Revenues to be received from the Company or derived from any security provided hereunder, and (b) all rights to receive such Revenues and the proceeds of such rights, and all other rights and interests of the Authority provided hereunder, provided, however, that this assignment and pledge does not include the rights of the Authority pursuant to Section 5.05(b)(1), Section 8.04 and Section 10.13.
