Common use of The Assistant Treasurers Clause in Contracts

The Assistant Treasurers. In the absence or disability of the Treasurer, the Assistant Treasurer designated by the Treasurer shall perform all the duties of the Treasurer and, when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Treasurer. The Assistant Treasurers shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as are provided for them in these Bylaws and as may be assigned to them, or any of them, by the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer or the Treasurer.

The Assistant Treasurers. In If one or more Assistant Treasurers shall be appointed pursuant to the absence or disability provisions of Section 4.3 respecting subordinate officers, then, at the request of the Treasurer, or in his absence or disability, the Assistant Treasurer designated by the Treasurer (or in the absence of such designation, then any one of such Assistant Treasurers) shall perform all the duties of the Treasurer and, and when so acting, acting shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Treasurer.
