The Attorney General Shall Inform Subcontractor of Privacy Practices and Restrictions. A. The Attorney General must notify Subcontractor in writing of any limitations in the Attorney General’s Notice of Privacy Practices to the extent that such limitation may affect Subcontractor’s Use or Disclosure of PHI. B. The Attorney General must notify Subcontractor of any restriction on the Use or Disclosure of PHI that the Attorney General has agreed to or is required to abide by under 45 C.F.R. §164.522, to the extent that such restriction may affect Subcontractor’s Use or Disclosure of PHI. C. Subcontractor may not agree to restrict a Use or Disclosure if the restriction would be ineffective pursuant to 45 C.F.R. §164.522(a)(1)(v).
