The Bank May Own Securities. The Bank, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and may deal with the Depositor, the Servicer, the Administrator and the Indenture Trustee in banking transactions with the same rights as it would have if it were not the Owner Trustee.
