The Bankruptcy Court shall have entered the Bankruptcy Court Order, and the Bankruptcy Court Order shall be a Final Order and shall be in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and no order of the Bankruptcy Court or any other court shall have been entered amending, staying, granting reargument, vacating or rescinding the Bankruptcy Court Order.
