Common use of The Beneficiary Action in Lieu of The Trustee Clause in Contracts

The Beneficiary Action in Lieu of The Trustee. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Paragraph 54 or elsewhere in this Deed of Trust to the contrary, the Beneficiary may take any actions (other than the exercise of the power of sale) which the Trustee is authorized to take in all cases where trustees are not required by custom, practice or law to take such actions on behalf of a beneficiary under a deed of trust.
