The Beneficiary’s Right of Assignment and Transfer. The Beneficiary may assign any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement. Any such assignee shall have all of the Beneficiary’s rights and obligations under this Agreement as if it were the original party to this Agreement. If the Beneficiary assigns its rights and obligations under this Agreement, the Pledgor shall execute all agreements or other documents necessary to perfect such assignment upon the Beneficiary’s request.
