The BID Rateable Value. For the purposes of calculating the BID Levy the BID Rateable Value will be the rateable value shown in the 2010 rating list as at 1st March 2016. BID Levy Payers in receipt of mandatory and/or discretionary relief from their Non-Domestic Rating liability are not to receive any relief from their BID Levy liability. Liability for the BID Levy Liability for the BID Levy will fall upon the Non-Domestic Ratepayer for the property. If the property is empty liability for the BID Levy will fall upon the person or organisation entitled to possession in accordance with Non-Domestic Rating regulations. There shall be no exemption period from the BID Levy for an empty hereditament.
