The Bidding Documents. The Bidding Documents consist of the following documents, all of which are by this reference made a part of this Invitation for Bidder’s Proposals as though fully set forth herein:
(1) Invitation for Bidder’s Proposals; (2) General Instructions to Bidders; (3) Special Instructions to Bidders; (4) Addenda, if issued; (5) Bidder’s Proposal; (6) Bidder’s Sworn Acknowledgment;
(7) Xxxxxx’s Sworn Work History Statement; (8) Form of Bid Bond; (9) Request for Additional Information, if any; (10) Bidder’s Sworn Statement of Responsibility, if requested; (11) Other Information Submitted by Bidder, if requested; and (12) Notice of Award.
The Bidding Documents. 5. Content of Bidding Documents 5.1 The goods required, bidding procedures, and contract terms are prescribed in the bidding documents. In addition to the Invitation for Bids, the bidding documents include: (a) Instructions to Bidders (ITB) (b) Bid Data Sheet (c) Schedule of Requirements (d) Technical Specifications (e) Bid Submission Form (f) Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (g) Price Schedules (h) Contract Form (i) Performance Security Form (j) General Conditions of Contract (GCC) (k) Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) 5.2 The Bidder is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, and specifications in the bidding documents. Failure to furnish all information required by the bidding documents or to submit a bid not substantially responsive to the bidding documents in every respect will be at the Bidder’s risk and may result in the rejection of its bid.

The Bidding documents, inter alia, include: (a) Invitation to Bids (b) Instructions to Bidders (ITB) (c) Technical Specifications (d) Bid Data Sheet (e) General Conditions of Contract (GCC) (f) Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) (g) Schedule of Requirements (h) Bid Form (i) Bidder Profile Form (j) General Information Form (k) Affidavit (l) Bid Security Form (m) Technical Bid Form (n) Contract Form (o) Financial Bid Form / Price Schedule (p) Performance Guarantee Form (q) Check List ii) The Bidder is required to examine all instructions, forms, terms, and specifications in the Bidding documents. Failure to furnish all information as required by the Bidding documents or to submit a Bid not substantially responsive to the Bidding documents in every respect will be at the Bidder’s risk and may result in the rejection of its Bid. iii) In case of discrepancies between the Invitation to Bid and the Bidding Documents listed in ITB 2.2.1 (i) above, the said Bidding Documents, not in conflict with any provision of PPR- 14, will take precedence. iv) The Procuring Agency is not responsible for the completeness of the Bidding Documents and their addenda, if they were not obtained directly from the Procuring Agency or from its website or website of PPRA. Re-confirming from the Procuring Agency that all pages/ contents have been properly and clearly received is the prime responsibility of the Bidder.
