Content of Bidding Documents. I. The goods required, bidding procedures, and Contract terms are prescribed in the bidding documents. In addition to the Invitation for Bids, the bidding documents shall include:- a. Instructions to bidders b. General Conditions of Contract c. Special Conditions of Contract d. Schedule of Requirements e. Technical Specifications f. Contract Form g. Manufacturer’s Authorization Form/Warrantee h. Performance Guarantee Form i. Bid Form and j. Price Schedule ii. The “Invitation for Bids” does not form part of the Bidding Documents and is included as a reference only. In case of discrepancies between the Invitation for Bid and the Bidding Documents listed above, the said Bidding Documents shall take precedence. iii. The bidder is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, and specifications in the bidding documents.
Content of Bidding Documents. 1.5.1. The Goods / Services required, bidding procedures and contract terms are prescribed in the bidding documents which should be read in conjunction. The bidding documents, apart from the Invitation for Bids / Notice Inviting Tender have been divided into Eight Chapters. 1.5.2. The Bidder is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, and specifications in the bidding documents. 1.5.3. Failure to furnish all information required by the bidding documents or submission of a bid not substantially responsive to the bidding documents in every respect will be at the Bidder's risk and may result in rejection of its bid.

Failure to comply with the requirements of Bid Document shall be at the bidder’s own risk. Pursuant to clause 26 here of bids, which are not substantially responsive to the requirements of the Bid Documents shall be rejected.

Failure to furnish all information as required by the Bidding documents or to submit a Bid not responsive to the Bidding documents in every respect will be at the Bidder’s risk and may result in the rejection of its Bid. iii) In case of discrepancies between the Invitation to Bid and the Bidding Documents listed in ITB 2.2.1 (i) above, the said Bidding Documents, not in conflict with any provision of PPR-14, will take precedence. iv) The Procuring Agency is not responsible for the completeness of the Bidding Documents and their addenda, if they were not obtained directly from the Procuring Agency or from its website or website of PPRA. Re-confirming from the Procuring Agency that all pages/ contents have been properly and clearly received is the prime responsibility of the Bidder.
