Common use of The Break Fee Clause in Contracts

The Break Fee. (a) will be calculated by reference to the period from the date that the relevant Break Fee Event occurs until the End Date; and (b) will never be payable in respect of electricity which is sold, and billed, to you under this Agreement; and (c) will only be calculated in respect of, and be applicable to, Sites affected by the Break Fee Event.
