Common use of The Capital of the Parties Clause in Contracts

The Capital of the Parties. (2.1) THE CAPITAL OF HEXC consists of 200,000,000 shares of common voting stock of $0.001 par value authorized, of which 8,116,000 shares are issued and outstanding. HEXC is in the process of effecting a 20:1 reverse stock split of its common shares, after which 405,800 shares will be issued and outstanding. (2.2) THE CAPITAL OF GOLDEN SAND consists of $5,000,000 RMB in registered capital, which for the purposes of this agreement, are labeled common stock.
