Supported Initial and Renewal Registration Periods a. Initial registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms of up to ten years.
Enrolled Nurse (With Notation Pay point 1 (a) Pay point 1 refers to the pay point to which an enrolled nurse (EN) has been appointed. (b) An employee will be appointed based on training and experience including: having satisfactorily completed a hospital based course of training in nursing of not more than 12 months duration leading to enrolment as an EN; or having satisfactorily completed a course of training of 12 months duration in a specified branch of nursing leading to enrolment on a register or roll maintained by a state/territory nurses registration board; and having practical experience of up to but not more than 12 months in the provision of nursing care and/or services, and, the undertaking of in-service training, subject to its provision by the employing agency, from time to time. General Affirmations Grantee certifies that, to the extent General Affirmations are incorporated into the Contract under the Signature Document, the Grantee has reviewed the General Affirmations and that Grantee is in compliance with all requirements.
RIGHTS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION The Board of Education, on its own behalf and on behalf of the electors of the School district, hereby retains and reserves unto itself all powers, rights, authority, duties, and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the laws and the constitution of the State of Michigan, and of the United States, including, but without limiting, the generality of the foregoing, the right:
LICENSING, ACCREDITATION AND REGISTRATION The Contractor shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal licensing, accreditation and registration requirements or standards necessary for the performance of this Contract.
SECURITY POLICIES AND NOTIFICATIONS State Security Policies and Procedures The Contractor and its personnel shall review and be familiar with all State security policies, procedures and directives currently existing or implemented during the term of the Contract, including ITS Policy NYS-P03-002 Information Security Policy (or successor policy). Security Incidents Contractor shall address any Security Incidents in the manner prescribed in ITS Policy NYS-P03-002 Information Security Policy (or successor policy), including the New York State Cyber Incident Reporting Procedures incorporated therein or in such successor policy.
Registration Process In connection with the registration of the Registrable Securities pursuant to Section 4.1, the Company shall:
Registration with ICAO This Agreement and all amendments thereto shall be registered with the International Civil Aviation Organization.
Domain and Designation The Top-Level Domain to which this Agreement applies is (the “TLD”). Upon the Effective Date and until the earlier of the expiration of the Term (as defined in Section 4.1) or the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 4, ICANN designates Registry Operator as the registry operator for the TLD, subject to the requirements and necessary approvals for delegation of the TLD and entry into the root-zone.
