Common use of THE CITY EVENT Clause in Contracts

THE CITY EVENT. 3.1. The CITY EVENT will be part of the TOUR in the year 2024 as a TOUR EVENT and will be listed as such on the Official Beach Volleyball Calendar issued yearly. 3.2. The format of the CITY EVENT as a Challenge Level TOUR EVENT is defined in the EVENT RIDER, EXHIBIT 1). 3.3. The provisionally scheduled dates of the CITY EVENT are as follows: a. 2024: 16-20 OCTOBER 3.4. Any change of the above provisionally scheduled dates is subject to prior consultation with the ORGANISER; however it shall be VW to have the last word in this respect and decide upon such changes. 3.5. In situations involving changes in the conditions related to previously planned public agreements and partnerships, the ORGANIZER may relocate the Event's host city, provided that i) under no circumstance the CITY EVENT can be cancelled due to such reason, ii) the ORGANIZER notify in writing VW with a minimum advance notice of 60 days and iii) ORGANIZER shall indemnify VW for any cost, expense, claim (including third parties' claims), damages incurred by VW as a result and/or in relation thereto .
