Common use of The Claims Administrator and Claims Clause in Contracts

The Claims Administrator and Claims. Operations Manager shall have the authority and obligation to institute claim-auditing procedures and other procedures designed to detect and prevent the payment of fraudulent Claims. To the extent applicable and otherwise consistent with this Settlement Facility Agreement, it is intended that the Claims Administrator will generally apply and maintain any procedures established by the MDL 926 Claims Administrator to detect fraudulent claims.
