Common use of The CLEC shall indemnify Clause in Contracts

The CLEC shall indemnify. protect and save harmleAsTs&T, its directors, officers, employees and agents, AT&T’s other CLECs, and Joint User(s) from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of actions and Costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, through appeals for damages to property and injury or death to persons, including but not limited to payments under anyWorker’s Compensation Law or under any plan for employees’ disability anddeath benefits, caused by, arising from, incident to, connected with or growing out of the erection, rearrangement, maintenancper,esence, use or removal oCfLEC’s Facilities, or by their proximity to the Facilities oafll parties attached to a Pole, Anchor and/or Guy, or placed in a Conduit System, or by any act or omission of the CLEC’s employees, agents or contractors in the vicinitAyTo&fT’s Pole(s), Anchor(s), Guy(s), or Conduit System.
