The Client warrants. (a) that the Supplier's use in the provision of the Managed Services or otherwise in connection with the Agreement of any Third Party materials, including any Hardware supplied by the Client to the Supplier for use in the provision of the Managed Services or otherwise in connection with the Agreement, shall not cause the Supplier to infringe the rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights, of any third party;
(b) it will comply with and use the Managed Services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and all Applicable Laws, and shall not do any act that shall infringe the rights of any third party including the publishing or transmission of any materials contrary to Applicable Laws or in breach of the Customer Agreement.
The Client warrants. 13.1. That it knows nothing which will in the future in any way complicate or render more difficult or dangerous for HOMESTAR to render the security services and should that change in future the client will notify HOMESTAR in writing immediately when the client becomes aware of such change.
13.2. That it is mindful of the provisions of the Namibian Occupational Health and Safety Legislation and undertakes to strictly comply therewith
The Client warrants. 4.2.1. The Client acknowledges and warrants that any information provided by it is obtained lawfully and does not infringe any third party intellectual property or other rights.
4.2.2. Given that the Services are provided on the basis of the information and/or documents provided by the Client, the Client declares and warrants that the information and/or documents provided by it are accurate, clear, and correct, and the Service Provider is under no obligation to verify, accuracy and/or correctness.
The Client warrants a. That all information provided to the agent is to the best of the client’s knowledge and belief, true and correct and that all documents supplied are similarly genuine and authentic.
