Common use of The Closing Deliverable Agreements Clause in Contracts

The Closing Deliverable Agreements. On or before Closing, each of the Closing Deliverable Agreements will have been duly executed and, as at Closing, will be in full force and effect and will constitute the valid and legally binding obligations of the parties thereto, enforceable in accordance with their terms at Closing.
