Common use of The Closing; Time and Place Clause in Contracts

The Closing; Time and Place. The Closing will be held simultaneously --------------------------- with the closings of the Xxxxxxxxxxx Transaction and the Southwest Michigan Transaction on a date specified by Buyer (upon three Business Days prior notice to Seller) that is within 15 days after all conditions to the Closing contained in this Agreement (other than those based on acts to be performed at the Closing) have been satisfied or waived.
