Common use of The Closing; Time and Place Clause in Contracts

The Closing; Time and Place. The closing of the transactions --------------------------- contemplated by this Agreement (the "Closing") will take place at a date (the "Closing Date") and time mutually determined by AT&T Illinois and Insight, which Closing Date shall be within ten days after the date on which all conditions set forth in Sections 8.1 and 8.2 (other than those based on acts to be performed at the Closing) have either been satisfied or waived in writing by the party entitled to the benefit of such condition.
