Common use of The CMF Award Clause in Contracts

The CMF Award. At all Closings connected herewith, including without limitation, any initial Closing and any subsequent Closing(s), and subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof and in reliance upon all representations, warranties, assurances, certifications and agreements contained herein, the CDFI Fund hereby agrees to provide to the Recipient, subject to the availability of funds, and the Recipient hereby agrees to accept from the CDFI Fund, the CMF Award in the form of a grant.
