Common use of THE COMMUNICATION RESOURCES & OTHER SUPPORT FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

THE COMMUNICATION RESOURCES & OTHER SUPPORT FACILITIES. LICENSEE will have to make its own arrangement for all infrastructure involved in providing the SERVICE. However, the charges for any communication resources required for the purpose of networking and delivery of Internet Traffic to the upstream network access provider, i.e., DOT/MTNL/VSNL/or other licensed service provider on the request of the LICENSEE will be at the rates fixed by the DOT/MTNL/VSNL or other licensed service provider from time to time.
