The Company agrees to provide. any employee injured locally immediate transportation at the time of the injury, from the job to the nearest appropriate medical facility and return to the job, or to his/her home, if required. In no case shall a representative of the Company be permitted to accompany the injured worker while he/she is being examined or receiving treatment by the medical provider, unless requested by the employee.
