Common use of The Company Representative Clause in Contracts

The Company Representative. Whenever under the provisions of this Agreement the approval of the Company is required or the Company is required to take some action at the request of the Issuer, such approval shall be made or such action shall be taken by the Company Representative and the Issuer or the Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or action and the Company shall have no redress against the Issuer or the Trustee as a result of any such action taken.
