The Company To Provide and Maintain Warrant Agent. The Company agrees for the benefit of the Holders that there shall at all times be a Warrant Agent hereunder until all the Warrants have been exercised or cancelled or are no longer exercisable. Any Warrant Agent to qualify as the Warrant Agent hereunder must be able to qualify as the trustee under the indenture relating to the Third Lien Notes.
