The Company's Notices to Paying Agent. Whenever any shares of AMPS are to be redeemed, the Company shall promptly so notify the Paying Agent in writing not fewer than five and not more than ten days prior to the date the Notice of Redemption is required to be mailed pursuant to Paragraph 5(e) of Article Sixth of the Charter. Such notice by the Company shall contain the information required to be stated in the Notice of Redemption, as set forth in Paragraph 5(e) of Article Sixth of the Charter. The Paying Agent shall have no responsibility to confirm or verify the accuracy of any such notice.
