The Company's Notices to Paying Agent. Whenever any Preferred Shares are to be redeemed, the Company shall promptly deliver to the Paying Agent the Notice of Redemption, which will be mailed by the Company to each Holder, at least five days prior to the date such Notice of Redemption is required to be mailed by the Articles Supplementary. The Paying Agent shall have no responsibility to confirm or verify the accuracy of any such notice.
