The Company's Notices to the Paying Agent. Whenever any MMP Shares are to be redeemed, the Company shall mail a Notice of Redemption by first-class mail, postage prepaid, to the Paying Agent and the Paying Agent shall mail such notice by first class mail, postage prepaid, to each Holder of MMP Shares being redeemed and pursuant to Section 3(b) of Part I of the Articles Supplementary.
