The Company’s Proprietary Information. This Section 8 imposes certain obligations upon Executive with regard to Inventions in the Field (as defined below) and Company Proprietary Information (as defined below), but this Section does not limit in any way Executive’s obligations or duties arising elsewhere in this Agreement or under the law with regard to such Inventions in the Field and Company Proprietary Information.
