The Company’s Representations. The Company makes the following representations with respect to itself on which the Trustee is deemed to have relied in accepting the Receivables in trust and executing and authenticating the Certificates. The representations speak as of the execution and delivery of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date and shall survive the sale of the Receivables to the Trustee.
