Common use of The Company's Right to Terminate At Will Clause in Contracts

The Company's Right to Terminate At Will. Subject to the payment to ---------------------------------------- Executive of the applicable severance payments as provided in Section 6.5 below, the Company will have the right (in addition to its right of termination under Section 6.1 above), exercisable at any time during the term of this Agreement, to terminate Executive's employment with the Company without "Cause" (as defined in Section 6.3 above), immediately upon written notice to Executive.

Subject to the payment to ---------------------------------------- Executive of the applicable severance payments as provided in amounts required by Section 6.5 6.3(a) below, the Company will have the right (in addition to its right of termination under Section 6.1 above)may, exercisable at any time during the term of this Agreement, to terminate Executive's employment with the Company without "Cause" (as defined in Section 6.3 6.2(c) above), effective immediately upon written notice to Executive, whereupon this Agreement will terminate and Executive shall have no further rights or be entitled to any other benefits of this Agreement, other than the payments and benefits referred to in Section 6.3(a) below.
