Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, Employee will sign the Employee Agreement with Respect to Confidential Information and Invention Assignment attached hereto as Schedule A (the “Confidential Information Agreement”) (provided, however, that if the Employee has previously signed the Confidential Information Agreement, and if the Company chooses to not have the Employee sign a new Confidential Information Agreement in connection with the Employee’s execution of this Agreement, the previously signed Confidential Information Agreement shall be attached hereto as Schedule A).
