The Contracting Election Officer shall select Sample Clauses

The Contracting Election Officer shall select the Election Day vote centers and arrange for the use of each. i. The Participating Political Subdivision shall assume the responsibility of remitting their portion of cost of all employee services required to provide access, provide security or provide custodial services for the vote centers. ii. The Election Day vote centers are listed in Exhibit “B”, attached and incorporated by reference into this Election Services Contract.
