The Contractor must notify the Principal in writing when it considers the Works are at the stage of Practical Completion, confirming that it has: (a) reinstated all areas affected by the Works; (b) connected, tested, balanced and certified all services as fit for operation for their intended purpose in accordance with the Contract; (c) removed all rubbish from the Site and the building; and (d) cleaned the Works properly and effectively to an acceptable standard.
