The Criminal Finances Act 2017. Each Party confirms that it has, and will continue to have throughout the term of this Agreement, a comprehensive programme for compliance with the CFA 2017, and shall ensure that it has effective measures, controls and procedures in place as are reasonable to prevent tax evasion offences (as defined by the CFA 2017) and the facilitation of tax evasion offences.
