The Customer’s Representations and Warranties. The Customer hereby represents and warrants to WFBC as follows and any request by the Customer to sell, transfer and assign Accounts to WFBC will be deemed a representation by the Customer that all representations and warranties in this Article 5 are true, correct and complete as of the time of the request, unless they relate exclusively to an earlier date:
