The Delivery Agreement for the replacement LDP. The revision of the LDP will entail a re-run of the whole Plan preparation process. The end product will be a Replacement LDP, which will supersede the current Plan when it is adopted. As this is a review of an existing LDP, an additional document must be prepared, one which was not required for the first LDP. This is a Review Report, setting out the main topic areas where the current LDP is performing poorly, identifying situations where it is out-of-date and setting out which parts of the Plan require revision.
