THE DEPOSITOR, THE MASTER SERVICERS AND THE SPECIAL SERVICERS. SECTION 6.01. Liability of the Depositor, the Master Servicers, the Primary Servicers and the Special Servicers. The Depositor, the Master Servicers, the Primary Servicers and the Special Servicers shall be liable in accordance herewith only to the extent of the respective obligations specifically imposed upon and undertaken by the Depositor, each Master Servicer, each Primary Servicer and each Special Servicer (but this shall not be construed to limit the terms of a Primary Servicing Agreement as between the applicable Master Servicer and the applicable Primary Servicer).
