The Development Programme Sample Clauses

The Development Programme. The Development Programme shall be conducted in accordance with this Agreement, the Development Plan and any Annual Development Plan. Each Party shall conduct the Development Activities allocated to it in the Development Plan diligently, in good scientific manner and in compliance with this Agreement, the Development Plan, the relevant Annual Development Plan and Applicable Law. As part of the Development Programme, the Parties will seek to evaluate and screen the Programme Antigens, select Clinical Candidates and Develop a Product.
