Common use of The Effective Date Clause in Contracts

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the “Articles of Merger”) in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of the Parent and Mount Tam that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “"Effective Date”") that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the “Articles of Merger”) in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board Boards of Directors of the Parent Black Ridge and Mount Tam Sow Good, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the “Articles of Merger”) in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of the Parent CAHA and Mount Tam VNDI, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the “Articles of Merger”) in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of the Parent DSGS and Mount Tam InVivo Sub, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the “Articles of Merger”) in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of the Parent RUHC and Mount Tam Allied, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the “Articles of Merger”) in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of the Parent and Mount Tam CETH that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the “Articles of Merger”) in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of the Parent RERR and Mount Tam Organovo, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the “Articles of Merger”) in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of the Parent and Mount Tam Directors, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and; (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the “Articles of Merger”) in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of the Parent FWSI and Mount Tam CTC, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the “Articles of Merger”) in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of the Parent VNDI and Mount Tam Rackwise, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “"Effective Date”") that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the “"Articles of Merger”") in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board of Directors of the Parent and Mount Tam LFC that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.

The Effective Date. The Merger shall become effective on the date and at the time (the “Effective Date”) that: (a) the Articles of Merger, pursuant to NRS 92A.200 (the “Articles of Merger”) in substantially the form previously circulated among the Board Boards of Directors of the Parent OW Pharma and Mount Tam OW Products, that the parties hereto intend to deliver to the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, are accepted and declared effective by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (b) after satisfaction of the requirements of the laws of the State of Nevada.
