The Electronic Sample Clauses
The Electronic. Reverse Auction may not start sooner than two (2) Working Days after the date on which the specification for the Electronic Reverse Auction has been issued.
The Electronic. Lodger acknowledges and agrees that any password the Electronic Lodger is required to generate and use to enable access to the Authentication Method or the Electronic Lodgement Facility:
20.7.1. must be at least nine characters in length and changed every ninety days; and
20.7.2. must be stored in a secure manner and only disclosed to appropriately authorised users; and
20.7.3. must not:
(i) be re-used for twelve cycles;
(ii) be a permutation of stored User ID (eg: permutation of letters in the user identifier or log on name); and
(iii) contain easily obtainable information about any Electronic Lodger Personnel (eg: name of his/her spouse, pet, etc.).
The Electronic. Reverse Auction may not start sooner than two (2) Working Days after the date on which the specification for the Electronic Reverse Auction has been issued.
4.6 Throughout each phase of the Electronic Reverse Auction the Contracting Body will communicate to all Framework Suppliers sufficient information to enable them to ascertain their relative ranking.
4.7 The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that:
4.7.1 the Contracting Body and its officers, servants, agents, group companies, assignees and customers (including the Authority) do not guarantee that its access to the Electronic Reverse Auction will be uninterrupted or error-free;
4.7.2 its access to the Electronic Reverse Auction may occasionally be restricted to allow for repairs or maintenance; and
4.7.3 it will comply with all such rules that may be imposed by the Contracting Body in relation to the operation of the Electronic Reverse Auction.
4.8 The Contracting Body will close the Electronic Reverse Auction on the basis of:
4.8.1 a date and time fixed in advance;
4.8.2 when no new prices or values meeting the minimum differences required pursuant to paragraph 4.4.5 have been received within the prescribed elapsed time period; or
4.8.3 when all the phases have been completed.
The Electronic. Money Account specified in Clause 5.1 of this Contract is exclusively intended for the provision of Payment Services in so far as it relates to crowdfunding agreements (Loan Contracts) concluded on the Platform administered by the Operator. The Customer shall not be allowed to use its Electronic Money Account and the Payment Services provided by the Company outside of the Platform, i.e. for other purposes not related to entering into crowdfunding agreements (Loan Contracts) on the Platform administered by the Operator.
The Electronic. Data Research and Innovation Service (“xXXXX”) is a service delivered by PHS designed to provide a single point of contact and to assist researchers in study design, approvals and procurement of data and access thereto via a secure analytical environment (such secure analytical environment being the “National Safe Haven”). xXXXX is designed to assist researchers in upholding the “Guiding Principles for Data Linkage” set out in Appendix B attached to this Agreement.
The Electronic. Publisher will produce the Work in electronic format to a professional standard and will make the Work available for sale on the Internet.
